- How does payment work with this shop?
By standard all orders are processed through PayPal, this makes it possible to pay for your order in a lot of ways. PayPal excepts your credit cards, debit cards as well as money order and money transfer.
- To which countries do you ship?
We ship worldwide as long as the area where you are situated has a working postal system in place.
- How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We process our orders everyday and send them out as soon as possible. So usually your order will be sent out in a matter of 1-2 days. Depending on where you are situated it can take from 1 day to 4 weeks for your order to arrive. Most of this time is depending, on the time your order gets controlled by customs. This is 100% out of our control.
When a lot of orders are shipped or the band is touring it can take longer to process your order. You will be notified if irregular delays like these occur.
- What shipping costs come with my order?
You pay a shipping flatrate depending on the heaviest, bulkiest and largest item in your order ranging from 1.75€ to 9.95€ for international shipping.
Usually you should expect about 3,95.-EUR for international shippings and 2,95.-EUR for shippings inside Germany.
- Do I have to pay additional shipping costs with more items ordered?

- If one of the items I ordered is not available (e.g. Preorders) when will my items be shipped?
If you preorder a product and order other items with it your whole order will be shipped once we have all the items you ordered in stock, this means you potentionally have to wait for some time for your order to arrive when you preorder something. If you want to make sure you get your regular items first you have to place separate orders.
- When will item x be available again? Will there be a reprint of item y?
If you're missing an item or a certain product is not available anymore in your size, please inform us of your wish and we will give our best to make the product available again.
- Who is running this shop?
This shop is being run by the management of the band Julien-K in close cooperation with the band so all sales directly benefit the band and all specials and promotions are done together with the band.
